How it Works: Precision Filtration & Automatic Cleaning

• Inflow & Screening: Pond water enters the filter via the inlet pipe. Inside the rotating drum, a fine 74μm screen efficiently traps suspended particles.
• Impurity Separation: As water flows through the screen, impurities are captured on its surface.
• Automatic Backwashing: An integrated liquid level float switch continuously monitors water conditions. When triggered by accumulating debris (which increases backpressure/water level), it signals the controller to initiate a cleaning cycle. The backwash frequency automatically adjusts based on water contamination levels – higher at start-up, reducing as water quality improves. Lower frequency means cleaner water!
• Automatic Cleaning: During each 20-second cleaning cycle, powerful spray nozzles activate, washing the trapped debris off the screen and into the internal sewage receiving trough. Simultaneously, the drum rotates to ensure complete coverage.
• Waste Disposal: The dislodged waste is efficiently channeled out of the filter through the sewage outlet pipe.
